The Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Committee partnered with Metropolitan Community Church of Greater St. Louis, Metropolis’ Out & Urban, Growing American Youth and PFLAG to present four Community Forums in 2008 at Schlafly Public Library in Saint Louis. Podcasts of these forums will be available for download and streaming in 2009. We encourage you to share these podcasts with friends, family, students, colleagues and neighbors.


Speak Out: A Community Forum, August 14, 2008 7pm.

Hear from 10 Community Organizations as they discuss the state of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Saint Louis. Organizations include: PROMO, Pride St. Louis, St. Louis Black Pride, Growing American Youth, LGBT Community Center, St. Louis Gender Foundation, Metropolitan Community Church of Greater St. Louis, Anti-Violence Advocacy Project, Bisexual Alliance of St. Louis, and Senior Action in a Gay Environment (SAGE).
